Comp IQ boast a great out-of-hours
service, giving our customers confidence that any problem; whether
software, web or hardware based; that may arise shall be dealt with
in a timely efficient manner.
Our rates are second to one and will
be negotiated / settled upon before commencement of work to ensure
that our clients are fully aware of exactly how much they are paying
and for what service.
In the case of customers who are
using custom software written by Comp IQ, we only charge in the case
of:
- Corruption of database
structure
- Retrieving lost data
- Changes to the application
- Allowing subsequent users /
machines access
If - in very rare cases our software
develops a fault, all support is completely free of charge and we
concentrate our efforts with your problem until it is completely
resolved.
